I make smoothies all the time for my children and I just throw in what ever fruit I've got on hand... ALWAYS a banana. I don't use frozen concentrates but I do use frozen berries such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries--the fact that they are frozen actually add to the consistency of the smoothy.
I also put yogurt in most of my smoothies--and if things are too thick of a consistency, I thin things out with a little milk.
Try fresh bananas and strawberries since it sounds like you might have those on hand... say two strawberries and a couple of handfulls of hulled strawberries. If you have yogurt--toss in a cup or so of yogurt and start pulsing... Thin with skim milk or orange juice to get the consistency that you like best.
I've also used canned peaches and pineapple to add to my smoothies. Depends on what you like.
Well, you're most of the way there. Experiment with ice, milk, sugar in varying amounts to see how thick/thin you like them. Make small batches first to find out what's good and what makes you pucker. You can also get powders at publix that all you have to do is add the power, fruit, milk and ice according to directions and instant yum!

You can make Kombucha tea in your home at a really low cost. The entire preparation process is quite easily if you know what you鈥檙e doing. When you work clean and add the required substances in the right direction, there is no doubt that you will have an excellent Kombucha beverage.
I would use frozen real fruits with orange juice.
Bananas, raspberries and orange make an excellent blend.
I also love Bananas, chocolate soy milk and honey....yum!
