Strawberries and bannana are always good, but if you want to add a bit more to it then try;


Strawberries, raspberries and banana

rasberries, banana and apple is good!!! yum.
Start with a banana, an apple (leave the skin) and a glass of orange juice, and build from there adding and trying as you go along.





Peaches are nice, most berries, tinned pineapple, melon and pears. Also buy a jar of carrot juice and add a bit everytime you make a smoothie.
bananas and strawberries, any berries mix well together--blackberry and raspberry and even blueberry, some people like kiwi and strawberry as well
orange raspberries ice and a little bit of banana.
banana, milk, and honey go extremely well, i first drank this in turkey 3 years ago, and i can't get enough of The stuff now!!!
I like oranges, mangoes and ice.
i made apple and mango at school , and it is gorgeous!

My personal fave is Mango-Peach





1 mango, peeled,stoned and chopped


1 peach, peeled,stoned and chopped


10 ounces natural yoghurt


7 ounces cold milk








Pur茅e all of the ingredients together in a liquidiser/blender until smooth, then drink~!
banana and peanut butter go well together.yum!!!
here's a great recipe:


1 container strawberry Activia yogurt (lots of good probiotics)


1 handful frozen strawberries (not the kind with sugar added)


V8 Frusion Strawberry-banana juice (how much to add depends on how thick you like your smoothie)


1 banana (it's better for you if it's still a bit unripe)


Then you can add other things, like powdered fiber, protein powder, ground flax seed, etc.


Variation: use peach Activia, frozen peaches, and V8 frusion peach-mango juice. Also, you can always sub orange juice for the V8.
