This is the recipe that I always used, I had to find it.

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

freshly ground pepper

1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced

1 cup seedless grapes, halved

1 pear, peeled, cored, and diced

10 to 12 medium size strawberries, halved

1 mango, peeled and diced

1 banana, sliced

1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

In a small mixing bowl whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Season with pepper to taste. Set aside.

Place all of the fruit and the nuts into a large mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add the dressing, toss and serve.
Fruit salads are easy to make, all you have to do is get a bowl and chop up any type of fruit you want.

I like strawberries, watermelon, bananas, cantalope, and kiwi
You can just cut up any type of fruit you like and toss all together in a bowl. If you want you can drizzle juice from an orange over it. Of course if you are going to do apples and bananas add them right before serving as they will brown.

I like different types of melons, strawberries, grapes. I let watermelon and strawberries drain in the colander after cutting up so I don't have a bunch of ';water'; at the bottom of the bowl.
You can find any number of options at All Recipes.com or RecipeZaar. Just type in specific fruit you have on hand plus the word salad and you'll have at least 10 per search. There is also a lovely site for traditional tea style fruit salads sited below.
