Are there any good fruit recipes that people know that are quick and easy to make?

Any kind of fruit is fine, besides plums. Are there any good fruit recipes that people know that are quick and easy to make?
I like to slice my favorite fresh fruits and pour just a little sweetened condensed milk on the top.Are there any good fruit recipes that people know that are quick and easy to make?
There is a very easy fruit supplement called fruit salad any fruit you want mixed with fruit juice
I like to make fruit salad I use green or red apples(I prefer green) pineapple chunks in a can or fresh ( I use the chunks for the juice) green grapes, strawberries pretty much whatever fruit you want(I don't recommend bananas). I cut everything up into bite size pieces and mix it in a bowl. I refrigerate the fruit then start on my glaze. I use the pineapple juice for my glaze. Put it in a small sauce pan on medium to high heat add a little bit of sugar just to thicken it. Once it is thick, still a little bit runny almost like syrup take it off the heat and let it cool. When it is cool to the touch I pour it over my fruit and stir and eat.
You can grill pineapple. Take the spears, cover with unsalted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and grill. mmmm
I make a pretty good fruit salad. Get these ingredients together:

* 3 Bananas (not overly ripe) sliced.

* 3 cups halved green seedless grapes

* 1 can of pineapple chunks (14 oz can? I think that鈥檚 the size it鈥檚 about 5-6 inches tall)

* 1 cups fresh blue berries (if they aren鈥檛 fresh you really shouldn鈥檛 put them in this recipe)

* 4 halved and sliced ripe kiwi fruits

* 1 package frozen strawberries, preferably sliced (substitute peach chunks if peach pie filling not available in your store)

* 1 Can of Peach Pie filling.

The rest of my recipe is at the source below
Fruit Cake is my favorite and speciality. Here is the recipe:

1 box of angel food cake mix

2bananas( slices)

1can of pineapple

1can of mandrine oranges

1jar of marichino cherries

1 can of diced pears

3cups of confectioners sugar

1package of whole whipping cream ( not the same as whipped cream)

A splash of milk

Directions:

1. Follow the recipe on the back of the angel food cake box,( except use a shallow bundt cake pan)Divide the batter into 3 parts and bake each section in the shallow bundt pan.( put the cake in the oven at recommended temperature)

2. Drain fruit and slice the bananas.

3.Now take the confectioners sugar, the whipping cream and the milk and mix it together in a blender on air whipped ( whipped).

4. Then take the cake and place 1 section on plate and put the cream on top of it.( use a spatula)

5. On top of the cream put the other section of cake on top and then followed by another layer of cream.

6. Put the drained fruit on top of the cream and then if extra fruit is left over put it in the center of the cake.
Great filling for turnovers, or a topping for funnel cake or pork!';

Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. Add apples, and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the white wine, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and golden raisins. Cook over medium heat until the liquid has reduced and is thick.

Note:

This recipe is very flexible as to which ingredients you choose. I chose to use Dubonnet aperitif wine, although there's enough sugar in the recipe that a drier wine could be used. Different apples or raisins could be used as well, these are just my personal preference.

2 boxes vanilla pudding and 4 cups of evaporated milk chilled

2 boxes of the kind of fruit jello you want (say peach if you have peaches or strawberry if you have strawberries, and so on) with 3 cups of evaporated milk chilled and one cup of boiling water.

Mix both boxes jello with the 1 cup boiling water and stir until all the jello is dissolved. Then mix in the three cups of chilled evaporated milk and mix with a mixer till blended.

Mix both boxes Vanilla pudding with the 4 cups evaporated milk and blend with mixer for two minutes.

Mix the jello and pudding mixes together and blend with mixer.

chill - and you now have strawberry/peach/etc pudding.

When you put this pudding in serving bowls slice fresh fruit over it and use the canned whipped cream to top it off.

(Please don't use that artificial fake whipped stuff that they call Kool whip. It ain't kool or cool or even very edible)
