Favorite fruit and veggie dip recipes?

I am planning my daughter's second birthday party. I realized that at her age she loves to dip stuff, so the main idea is to have finger foods, fruit, veggies, and chips that can be dipped. I'm trying to come up with some different yummy dip ideas that would be a hit, and not too complicated ;)

So if you have any recipes, such as yogurt dips, peanut butter dips, etc, I would appreciate your ideas. Thanks so much!Favorite fruit and veggie dip recipes?
PEANUT BUTTER DIP

2⁄3 cup creamy peanut butter

Combine all ingredients in a small

mixing bowl. Beat at slow speed

with an electric mixer until

smooth.

Makes 1 1 ⁄3 cup

FRUIT DIP

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1⁄2 cup chopped fruit

Combine ingredients in a blender

and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 1⁄2 cups

DIPPITY DO FOR FRUIT

2 cups (16 ounces) low-fat sour

cream

1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free

instant vanilla pudding mix

1⁄4 cup fat-free milk

4 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. grated lemon peel

In a bowl, whisk the sour cream,

pudding mix, lemon juice, and peel

until blended. Serve with fruit.

Makes 2 cups

CREAMY HAM DIP

8 ounces low-fat cream cheese,

softened

3 ounces ham slices, finely

chopped

1⁄4 cup finely chopped celery

2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish, drained

Put cream cheese and ham in

blender. Mix until smooth.

Stir in celery, onion, and

relish.

Makes 1 1 ⁄2 cups

And finally,

My personal fav yogurt dip:

1. Grate 1/2 a small cucumber

2. Squeeze out the excess liquid with your hands and add to 150g of natural yogurt.

3. Add 1 tomato which has been de-seeded and diced.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped mint, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (or 1 crushed garlic clove) and salt %26amp; pepper.

There you have it - delicious!

happy dipping (:Favorite fruit and veggie dip recipes?
