Any one know any good fruit smoothie recipes?

I cant eat wheat or gluten, so im trying to find some good fruit smoothie recipes, if anyone knows any please tell me :)Any one know any good fruit smoothie recipes?

don't forget to alse just eat plain fruit! it is healthy that way.


i find the smoothie idea kinda nasty (sorry) and never tried one. i'll stick to strawberry milkshakes!


but- a liquid-ish fruit, like orange, would blend with banana, peach, pineapple, mango if you want a dairy-free smoothie. add yoghurt (with all the necessary bacteria) for extra gooeyness!


strawberries, other berries, and cherries, would mix with orange too, or yoghurt to not overwhelm the flavors with oj.


melon mixtures like cantaloupe and honeydew could go alone if both are ripe or liquify with yoghurt.


and then pure water can thin down anything and it is a necessary ingredient in your diet!


honey is a good sweetener if sweetness is lacking. or a BIT of sugar.

half a banana, splash of milk, some yogurt if you want, throw in strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, pears





you can freeze the fruit first if you want it thicker
i would try mixing bannana and strawberries


with a little bit of yogurt or milk to smoothen it up





.-. you can out some ice in it if you want it slush like


that s just the way i like it
Ice, water, banana yogurt milk strawberry and blueberry.
