Cut and cube a watermelon and freeze. Then put in the blender.
Get 2 cups of milk, 1 raw egg, 1 packet sugar substitute, a teaspoon vanilla, some cinnamon, 1 banana - put in blender with some ice cubes and you have a nutritious drink that can be a meal.
I also do Frozen OJ, 1 raw egg, sug. sub. packet, vanila and cinnamon and it's like an Orange Julius.
