Cream Puffs are always good; and you can fill them with non-fat Cool Whip and fruit... or try this:

FORGOTTEN DESSERT

5 egg whites

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

1-1/2 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 pt. whipped cream (or light Cool Whip)

Fresh or frozen fruit

Beat egg whites %26amp; salt; add cream of tartar when foamy; beat until

they form stiff peaks. Add sugar gradually and vanilla. Beat 12-15 min. Grese 8'; square pan and fill with mixture. Heat oven to 400. Turn off oven and put meringue in. Leave overnight WITHOUT OPENING DOOR. Frost with whipped cream (or light Cool Whip) and refrigerate several hours. Serve with fresh or frozen fruit over it......
Toast on a baking sheet, almonds, pine nuts, pecans, or whatever kind of nut you want.

Then, mix them together with your favorite dried fruit like dried apricots or dried plums.

If you want, cut up fresh apples, pine apples, oranges, or kiwi. Add the nuts to plain low-fat yogurt and dip in the fruit.
Just put in a boll some strawberries then put peaces of apple and watermelon then put a yogurt on top of it, it is delicious and it is healthy
